Will Munro

Will is a dedicated and highly acclaimed professional with a genuine passion for real estate and a client-first approach.

Larelle Kuczer

Larelle is a passionate Youth Worker committed to driving meaningful change in the lives of young people. An alumni of the Leadership Ballarat and Western Region Program and a proud member of The Courier’s 40 Under 40 publication, Larelle is passionate about leadership via fostering genuine connections, championing youth voices, and leading with authenticity.

With over 20 years of experience across education, local government, mental health, community engagement, drug and alcohol and leadership, Larelle has a real passion for all things young people and social justice. Her professional journey includes roles at City Of Ballarat, Uniting, Fed Uni, Headspace and most recently The Y Ballarat, building an incredible Youth Team and suite of programs.

Steve Allen

Steve joined Nicholson Construction in 2006 as an apprentice carpenter and by 2018 was appointed as a Director at only 33 years of age. With a demonstrated ability to lead and develop diverse teams, and overcome complex construction issues, Steve’s career is a great example of what’s possible with hard work and opportunity.
